FAQs

How long will the appointment last?

We ask for 1.5-2.5 hours for a bath & 3-4 hours for a spa + haircut. Please note that services vary based on your pup’s coat, length of hair, & the style you choose. While we try to always get your pup back to you as soon as possible, we do ask for your patience. We will always give you a 20-30 minute heads up when your pup is finishing their day.

Can I Stay For The Appointment?

Our services are all drop off unless you are in for an a la carte service such as nail treatment, ear cleaning, or teeth brushing. These appointments generally last 10-15 minutes, but we ask that you wait in our lobby as most pups feel more anxious when they see their paw-rents.

I Gave Fluffy A Bath Yesterday, Can She Only Get A Haircut?

NO, unfortunately we have a very high standard for brush & blowout. We believe the preparation of the skin & coat are the most vital part of the grooming process so it will be included in every haircut appointment. Sorry, but no exceptions.

Do You Offer A Faster Appointment?

Yes, we offer an express grooming package, however, it is only offered at our first appointment of the day. Your groomer will start your service immediately & work on your pup straight through.

What If I Can’t Make My Appointment?

While we completely understand that life happens, we do ask for a 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment. To avoid last minute cancellation or no show fees please reach out to us 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Do You Have to Use Flea & Tick Shampoos If My Pup Has Fleas Or Ticks?

Yes, normal shampoos do not kill fleas or ticks, therefore we must use a specialized shampoo in order to prevent these little pests from transferring to our other furry friends in the salon.

What If I Can’t Make It Before Closing?

We will require a $1 fee for every minute past the pick up time if it is after our closing hours & we have tried to contact you multiple times with no response.
